Rexel strengthens the sales force's product knowledge through a new digital training collaboration with Moblrn

Rexel Sweden is partnering with the learning platform Moblrn to strengthen product knowledge among its approximately 450 sales representatives across the country. Through digital mobile microlearning, sales teams gain continuous access to up-to-date knowledge from Rexel's suppliers, enabling them to provide electricians and installers with even better guidance when selecting products and solutions.
Every day, Rexel supports electricians and installers in navigating a wide range of electrical products and energy solutions – from cables and lighting to solar panels and EV charging infrastructure. To provide accurate advice in every customer interaction, employees need up-to-date knowledge of the products on the shelves. That is why Rexel has partnered with Moblrn and its digital product training platform.
“Product knowledge is our most important sales muscle. When our salespeople can quickly access new and relevant knowledge from suppliers, we strengthen both the customer meeting and our position as the industry's most competent sales force,” says Stefan Lebrot, CEO of Rexel Sweden.
The initiative covers Rexel's sales force across the entire country, from Malmö to Kiruna, and is part of the company's efforts to make it easier for employees to access quality-assured knowledge – regardless of where or when they are in their workday. For electricians and installers, this means stronger support in selecting products and solutions, especially in areas where technological development is rapid and the demands for the right choices are increasing.
“We are very pleased to welcome Rexel as a new partner. Rexel has a highly committed sales organization, and we look forward to helping both Rexel and their suppliers reach the entire sales force with relevant product knowledge,” says Victor Pege, Head of Sales & Partnerships at Moblrn.
