K-BYGG enters partnership with Moblrn – digital product training for all facilities

Kesko Sverige is taking the next step in its focus on service and expertise. Under the K-BYGG brand, Moblrn's concept for digital product training is now being rolled out across the organization's nearly 60 stores – to make product knowledge a natural part of everyday store operations.
K-Bygg has long built its position on a high level of service and a strong local presence. This offering is now complemented by a structured, digital way to keep employees updated on the product range. Via Moblrn's platform, staff at the facility and warehouse can take part in short product training directly from K-Bygg's suppliers - without having to leave the workplace or wait for the next training opportunity.
"K-Bygg is there for everyone who wants to build better, both building professionals and private individuals taking on perhaps the biggest project of their lives. Competence, quality, and knowledge are things that we at K-Bygg always stand for, and that places demands on us: we must know the products, understand the needs, and give advice that truly lasts. With Moblrn, we get a tool that helps us live up to that, every day," says Erik Öhlin, Business Area Manager at K-Bygg.
The partnership enables suppliers to quickly reach store staff directly with new product information, selling points, and range updates. It creates shorter paths from product novelty to customer meeting - and provides K-Bygg with a measurable way to track competence development within the organization.
"K-Bygg is a strong player in the Swedish building materials trade with an organization that takes competence seriously. We are pleased with the trust placed in us and look forward to working together to make product knowledge easier to apply in everyday life," says Victor Pege, Sales Manager, Moblrn.
For Kesko Sweden, the partnership means a scalable partnership for competence development that can be adapted as the chain grows and the assortment changes.
