
Alligo, with Swedol and TOOLS stores in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, is now launching digital product training together with Moblrn. This initiative is part of Alligo Learning and aims to ensure quick, easy, and accessible dissemination of the latest product knowledge throughout the organization.
Through Moblrn's platform, we receive digital product and sales training directly on our mobile devices, whenever it fits best into the workday. This makes knowledge more accessible to everyone in our stores, throughout the sales organization, and closer to the customer.
– Alligo has long prioritized education and skills development, but before Moblrn, we had not managed to address education from our suppliers in a smooth way. With Moblrn, we can gather and ensure the quality of the content, while also making it easy for our employees in the Nordics to acquire knowledge in their daily lives, says Elin Lönnroos, Manager Learning and Development, Alligo.
The collaboration means that Alligo's employees gain access to supplier training as well as Alligo-specific content on a consolidated and uniform platform - including quizzes, certifications, knowledge assessments, and more.
