XL-BYGG joins Moblrn – enhancing product knowledge
for all employees through digital training.
The collaboration between XL-BYGG and Moblrn is launched today and means that about 1,500 store employees will gain access to Moblrn's digital training platform and its library of supplier training courses. The platform includes both ready-made courses from several of the chain's key suppliers as well as tailored training specifically developed for XL-BYGG.
The initiative is part of XL-BYGG's long-term work to combine its strong tradition in wood and building materials with modern digital solutions.
XL-BYGG's primary customer group consists of skilled tradespeople with high demands on service and knowledge. To meet these expectations, it is important that the staff have the right tools to stay updated.
