When TJB saw how both the product range and requirements evolved, it became clear that traditional training methods were no longer sufficient. With an expanding retailer network and an industry where time is often limited, a way was needed to reach more people, more often, and more flexibly without compromising on quality & knowledge.

XL-BYGG was the first to adopt it, followed by BOLIST, and the experiences from the member stores have been very positive.
