To stay ahead in a changing construction industry, Derome has made an investment in employee skills development this year. Through a collaboration with Moblrn, which is a digital platform for product training, salespeople gain quick access to current knowledge directly on their mobile devices.
On the platform, providers share short, easily accessible training sessions that can be completed directly on a mobile device or computer. New videos are released continuously, and the content has been both current and varied, including, for example, a decking school during the spring.
Successful rollout during the spring. The collaboration began in the winter, and during the spring, Moblrn has been rolled out in Derome's building supply store. The initiative has already yielded very good results with high engagement and even better service to customers.
With Moblrn, we ensure that our staff always has access to updated product and sales knowledge, continues Therése Gunnarsson.
Knowledge that strengthens the customer meeting. "Knowledge is a perishable commodity and in this way we make it easy to stay updated, whether it concerns new products, sustainable choices or the right installation technique. In addition to confidence in the customer meeting, it also increases loyalty and trust," says Therése Gunnarsson.
The initiative and collaboration are part of Derome's long-term work to combine a high level of service with deep product knowledge to simplify everyday life for customers in the building trade.
