How does Moblrn help you strengthen the skills of your employees?

The majority of Beijer's customers are professional craftsmen, which places extra high demands on knowledge and competence among the staff. Education and skills development are therefore central within Beijer and something that must be tailored to the employees' different conditions and needs.
- We are now looking forward to helping more of our suppliers connect to the platform, so that we can continue to grow the partnership and enable a more efficient way to reach out to our employees. The more product training we can offer, the more we raise the knowledge in-store and can better help our customers choose the right products, says Erik Norin.
