They wanted to create internal commitment for new business strategies and make the entire group of companies work towards the same goals. A major focus area was to induce the entire group of businesses around the world to cooperate and share their experiences.

Together with Moblrn and the consulting company Symbal, the ”Micro Engager program” was created, an infotorial program where managers in all of Assa Abloy's markets were able to meet challenges, news and share experiences - every week.

Every friday a push notice was sent to over 450 executives smartphones around the world. Small portions of information were served weekly and the strategy team received instant feedback from the team after they reviewed the strategy bites. Assa Abloy was able to improve engagement and gain consensus around the new strategy.

The result was overwhelming. 97% of participants gave thumbs up for both content and technology. Assa Abloy sees a big potential in delivering bite sized training towards different groups of employees – such as service technicians and sales representatives.
